Old one, from different manufacturer cracked and ripped in 2 months. I'm getting covermates for all my outdoor things.Tried really hard to find a cover to buy on the Internet that was just right for our needs -- if only we had found The Cover Store first. We were able to find a size/style that was perfect for our deck furniture. We have a lot of trees -- that we love -- but every day the furniture needed a thorough brushing off. And when our cushions got wet from an unexpected rain, the dreaded green spots showed up very quickly. We ended up having to buy new cushions this year, and right away started looking for a cover. Once we found The Cover Store and ordered, it arrived so fast, and it was so easy to put on the furniture. It stays in place and we feel we spent wisely with many more years of protection from The Cover Store!We originally bought our furniture cover and ensure it had 4 corner straps so it could be tied down or secured. During the first year, this product worked fantastic. Unfortunately, during a bad storm, it got ripped and I had started the process to get a warranty replacement as it is covered for 3 years. When I received my replacement, it was almost the same product. What they sent me was a slightly modified version indicating that the style I purchased a year prior was discontinued and the model they currently have does not have the 4 corner straps. They also said that if I wanted the 4 corner straps, that I would have to pay for the upgrade. My grievance with coverstore is that they are not honoring their warranty by providing me with the same product I received with the 4 straps which are most important for my use case. After 2 subsequent attempts to receive a proper replacement, I've given up only to be told that there is nothing they can do. They even offered to send me clips but I have not received those. If you are buying this product for their warranty, think again.I bought this cover for my sectional and coffee table on the deck. I knew it would be large, but hoped my chaise would also fit under it. It does and works very well! I know people have had water pooling on top, but by creasing a channel to the deck, the water runs off. The water beads up and rolls right off. It is just perfect for my needs. It is very well made, with vents for air and a cord you can tighten at the bottom to keep it from blowing off. So much easier than bringing pillows in every night!! I checked stores and searched many online sites before making my purchase. I highly recommend this cover!!
