I think for less than $200 with lots of features like this chair is a pretty good deal. It was very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. It has very good back and neck support. I like it for the most part so far. Only thing that could be better is that the mesh of the seat is kinda weak. It felt a little saggy so I don't know until when it will become too saggy to sit on. I'm used to chairs with very firm and tight mesh, so this is a little downgrade on the seat for me. However the chair overall is good.It’s weird. It’s like comfy but for some reason where the two piece meet in the middle, it’s just stiff and the plastic bar is. (In the lumbar area) so that’s why it loses 1 starMy first major complaint is the arm rests. They move way to much and need to be able to be locked into position. My other complaint is how the texture of the material is painful on skin. You will want to wear pants because this material hurts to have bare skin pressed against.Other then that this chair is amazing. Definitely more suited for a professional office environment instead of in the home office.I have been using this chair for about a month now, and I am still impressed with how sturdy and comfortable it is. Not only do I love this chair, but I appreciate how great the customer service was when I had issues with the first shipment, which had been (unfortunately) banged up by the delivery guy. The company sent me a replacement part quickly for the damaged one, no questions asked. Definitely recommend this product and would buy from this company again!Like the chair. Have a few others like it, but the arm rests on this one are a lot more comfortable and it can be adjusted a little more than cheaper alternatives.I'm not a giant person, 6' and 200lbs, but after nine months in this $249 chair when I sit down within five minutes it drops all the way down. The gas lift is no good after only nine months. It goes up and down just fine, just won't stay up. The chair itself is comfortable, just not when I'm sitting on the ground.I want to start off by saying that the seller was great and shipped extremely quickly no problem from the seller just from the product. So I bought this chair thinking that it would be a great chair to have to play at my computer in but boy was I wrong. After having first bought and assembled the chair I thought that it was pretty nice until I used it for a couple days. I started to notice that when I would go to get up from the chair that my tail bone was sore and the muscles around it siezed up which is very painful as well as it causing numbness in my legs and feet. I don't know why it causes me to feel this way or if I'm sitting in it wrong or due to it having no cushion but I have already ordered a new chair. I could not and would not recommend this chair to anyone for any reason what so ever I would say buy something with a cushion even if it cost a bit more it is worth it.If you have wide hips find a different one, the arms squeeze and don't leave alot of room. Had to return after all the work of putting it together, but it was easy to put together.
