I wanted my old couch to have life one more time and this definitely did it!!! The set is super simple and easy and not many could even tell it was a cover. Unfortunately you mind need to vacuum any mess that might get on it since it’s hard to simply push it off the suede but it’s really not that big of a deal for me at least. This is one of my best purchases on it and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I love it ,very comfy ,good color,easy to used .The quality of this couch cover is very nice. It fits perfectly on my couch, it's very soft and it looks nicer in person than it does in the photos. I definitely plan on buying more in other colors.Fits perfectly and easy to cleanCovers well, my 2 covers had no tags marking the back but I was able to figure it out. Looks pretty decent for slipcovers. Very soft to sit on.First off, it is definitely off white, almost cream. I was hoping for something a bit whiter. Second, it is thin. I have bought other velvet slipcovers, one in ivory. They were much heavier for the same price. This looks more like a jersey sheet. Third, because it is so thin you can see my light camel colored couch through it making it look darker. The ivory other brand one did not do that. I really hate to go through the hassle of a return but at $40 I can't see giving it away.I love the fit.Overall: With a few small optional and/or easy tweaks, it fits wonderfully and I'm so happy to now have a classy (and soft!) velvet chair in my living room!Color: I ordered the deep teal and I was a bit worried because the color of the peacock blue and the deep teal are identical on the first photo of this listing, but the deep teal does in fact match the subsequent close-up photos well, as I had hoped!Sizing: I got the loveseat sized cover for the my chair-and-a-half which measures 40" deep, 30" high, and 52" wide. It fits very well - plenty of extra material in the middle means that the T-shaped back cushion can have the cover tucked in around the edges, which I like. Also, there is a nice pleated effect at the bottom. I was pleased that a single one of the cushion covers easily fits over the single cushion (28"x30", for reference). Plus, now I have extra material from the second cushion cover to make throw pillows from!Pros:- soft and stretchy- elegant- full 1" thick elastic around each piece- separate cushion cover design far exceeds other covers I tried that are meant to be tucked around the cushions (these consistently have the little foam inserts popping up!)Cons: as many have mentioned, the red tags in the back should be sewn on the inside rather than the outside of the chair, but I don't mind too much. (I may cut the tag as close to the fabric as possible and then adjust the seam slightly to cover it.)Adjustments I made for an even better fit:- Easy tweak: I decided to use pins to hold down the edges under the chair rather than use the included elastic, because while it does the job, it pulls unevenly, just from one point in the front to one point in the back and doesn't hold the sides in at all.- Optional tweak: Since the arm on the cover is sewn to be square I used my sewing machine to round it out (but I've included photos from before that as well, and it wasn't 100% necessary).Photos:1 - the fit before any adjustments2 - the fit after the adjustments noted aboveThis was actually a good buy. I like that the cushions are separate piece. I had a one piece before and I had to tuck it is a lot. I also like the fabric it doesn't snag and my big dogs haven't damaged it at all with their nails.I also have kids and spills wipe off well. If not I throw that in the wash and good to go.
